Teaching Philosophy:

My teaching objective is to deliver content and experiential opportunities that support intellectual, professional and personal development to prepare Morgan State University students for responsible and productive citizenship in the global society. In my view, transformative learning and critical thinking skill development promotes student’s success. While understanding the diversity of learning styles, my teaching style engeders high-achievement and retention, high-impact teaching using authentic assessment and interactive means with real-life models, computational techniques and exposure to emerging technologies. Deeply committed the United States’ competitiveness in STEM education and  Africa American participatation in science, technology and engineering.
